Hi, I’m Jeff Kluever

I’ve delivered hundreds of hours professional development to audiences ranging from executives, to frontline workers, to non-profit leaders, government officials, school teachers and administrators, and even college coaches and teams. No matter the audience or topic, I strive to make every session interactive, engaging, and relevant. Knowing information is great. Knowing what to do with it to positively impact your work is what real professional development is all about.

Why Work With Me?

When I graduated from Grinnell College, I thought I would spend my life as a high school history teacher and football coach. Little did I know that my career path would lead me to college coaching, non-profit executive leadership, and serving as the Education Supervisor at a Civil War battlefield in Virginia. I’ve led in classrooms, on football fields, and in the office.

Today, I draw on those experiences, and more than a decade of teaching and facilitation for companies, schools, athletic teams, and non-profits, to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential.
